Shia La Beouf was back at work on the Savannah set of The Peanut Butter Falcon on Monday two days after his latest brush with the law.
The troubled 31-year-old sported a burly beard beneath his faded red cap, dirty T-shirt, and denim cut-offs for the scene.
Footage of the arrest has since been shared online showing La Beouf repeatedly swearing at the police officers and accusing them of being racist for "arresting [him] for being white".
In July 2008 he was arrested for drunk driving after being involved in a crash in Los Angeles, and refusing a breathalyzer test at the scene.
The 31-year-old was arrested early on Saturday morning in Georgia for disorderly conduct, obstruction and public drunkenness, TMZ reported.
The actor was taken into custody at 4AM, and released seven hours later on a ,500 bond.
In June 2014, La Beouf was charged with disorderly conduct and criminal trespass at New York's Studio 54 theater, where he swore and spat at police according to his arrest report.
In January of this year he was arrested after an altercation at his He Will Not Divide Us anti-Trump protest / performance art.
